Tell War you didn't mean to encounter him

"Nothing," you lie. "It's just a strange coincidence."

"You sure about that-" War begins to say, when he's abruptly cut off. Two arrows fly through the air- and strike the hippies down.

"Is the world going mad?" a familiar voice shouts. "Since when was it acceptable for the Gods to be deceitful?"

You turn around to see Conquest, armed with the sniper rifle you saw him with before. You're surprised to discover that he's still alive.

The two hippies easily rip out the arrows and change form. "It'll take more than that to destroy the Gods of Peace and Life!" one of them exclaims.

"Aren't you quite the hypocrites, then?" War responds, as he draws his sword. Death also pulls out her own weapon, two dark handguns.

Peace swings an attack, but War blocks it and with a swift movement, decapitates his foe. Life doesn't even get a chance to fight back. Death unloads her weapons onto the god, which fire a noxious gas instead of bullets. You last see Life gasping for air before disintegrating.

"Who are you?" Death asks Conquest, before remembering what she is. "Oh, right,"

"The university is next," Conquest informs the three of you. "These corrupt angels are going to destroy the people I care about. We have to stop them."
