Run to the alley to puke

You run around to the alley next to the club. You race to the rear of the alley and re-barf the licked-up barf into the dumpster. The semi-compacted trash looks and smells no worse than it did before.
You lean against the wall and slowly recover. You look around slowly. There are scattered pieces of paper lying around here and there. There is a side door leading into the club. There is no handle or doorknob on the door so it is impossible to open from the outside. A sign on the door says 'PERMANENT EXIT ONLY'.
