Pretend to become violently ill

You begin rolling around on the floor, coughing and choking. The men look at you suspiciously. "Shut up!" one shouts.

You continue to cough and choke, letting saliva spill out of your mouth. Finally, one of the guards unlocks the cell door and steps inside cautiously. His companion keeps his rifle pointed directly at you.

With lightning speed, you suddenly jerk your body upwards, headbutting the first guard and causing him to drop his rifle. You have cleverly placed him into a human shield position so the second guard can't shoot. You then hurl the first man into his comrade, sending both of them down in a tangled heap of arms and legs.

Knowing that any noise will alert the others, you need to finish them silently. The first guard seems to be unconscious. The second is dizzy and groaning, but awake. You grab him by the neck and smash his head into the nearby concrete wall, splitting his skull open like a melon.

Suddenly, there is a fiery pain in your back. You look down and see the tip of a knife blade poke out from the center of your chest, right between your small breasts. With the last of your strength, you turn around to see the first guard sneering in triumphant hatred at you as you expire.
