From Create Your Own Story
- You allow the sedatives to drag you into a deep sleep so that you can't feel the pain. You don't even notice the tubes protuding from every inch of you, and you can't feel the blades slicing you open, not even the implants they give you cause any discomfort.
- You awake days later in total darkness. You try to feel your body to make sure that everthing is where it should be, but either your arms are tied down, or they aren't there. This idea scares you a little, so you try moving everything expirementaly. Nothing responds, at least not in the way it used to. Your motions bump you into a wall and a bright light snaps on. A black tube makes up the walls of your prison, and this soon slides up and reveals a greenish blob with several eyes floating within its gelatinous form. Several tentacles protrude here and there. You recoil in fright, and so does the beast. You move to your right and so does the creature. It's a mirror! This revelation scares you more than the sight of the reflection. What have they done?
- "Ah, so you are awake. You may be upset about what happened to you but it isn't permanent. You are a test, an expirement if you will. The processes we used on you will be repeated if your design proves to be great, rendering you unnessesary. To put it simply, if you can beat all of our tests, we will reverse your alterations." The voice seems to come from behind and as you struggle, your eyes move to the other side of your body, making that your front. A tall, sturdy-looking man in a black tux speaks to you again.
- "I will give you one hour to learn all of your skills, and then you will be placed into the trial chambers." The man clicks his fingers and the black tube descends.
- You aren't stupid so you spend the next hour learning how to move, how to control your tentacles, and how to change your shape. The floor drops away and you are now in a room with three knobless doors.
