You make a grab for the ball and manage to take it from her, she narrows her eyes at you, "Bully." And the next thing she's coming for you. The ball trades hands a few times, finally the two of you grow tired and get out of the pool. Brenda hands you a towel and you dry off. You both lie down on the chairs, as you get dry enough, Dan announces that the meat is ready.
You get dressed and head into the house with Brenda. After a good meal and two beers, you decide to go home to finish up your work. Bidding your hosts goodnight, you head home. Once you close the door behind you,
