You walk over to the door cautiously. With hesitance you place your clammy hand on the cold, rusty doorknob. Slowly you push open the hospital door and it gives easily. You step into a dark, empty hallway. The walls are riddled with holes and ripped wallpaper. Overturned chairs and dead plants decorate the abandoned hospital as you look around seeing no sign of the figure that unlocked your hospital door. A thick layer of fog prevents you from seeing much outside any of the hospital's many windows. "What happened?" you thought as you rubbed your head. All you cared about was Elizabeth. You needed to check on your girlfriend. Or was she? You weren't sure what was going on, but you figured your questions would be answered once you found her.
