"Oh, I'll do something for you all right," you say. Suddenly, you kick him in the groin with all your strength. The tip of your big black boot smashes into his crotch and he collapses to the floor, clutching his wounded family jewels. "Or more like something TO you," you finish.

You head for the exit, but the doctor suddenly screams, "SPY! GET HER!" At the same time, you hear the sound of a gun being cocked. Whirling, you see the doctor, still on the floor, drawing a handgun from underneath his white coat. Having no other option, you swiftly draw your concealed Walther PPK and shoot him through the heart.

Heavy footsteps come from the opposite direction. Syrian stormtroopers, alerted by the doctor's shout, see you, your gun, and the fallen doctor. They're the type to shoot first and ask questions later. They do just that, riddling your body with bullets.
