You hold the door for Mr. Brunner, and he comes into the building. He thanks you. Suddenly, a pen rolls out of the wheelchair. Mr. Brunner looks really nervous. He says to you, "Could you get that pen for me?" You wonder why he is so nervous. You pick up the pen, and he smiles.
