As with other mammal species, an individual is rarely born with both sets of genitals, and the common people believe those they assume most educated that it is impossible for these rarities to prove both fecundable and virile under any circumstances. This despite the many non-mammal species which manage. To be fair, this belief is not far mistaken to date... but you are in a prime position to change that.

Growing a pussy is as simple as allowing your fetal body to grow naturally for a time. Growing a dick is hardly more effort, though any mortal attempting such manipulations would find it difficult to retain the fetus' pussy after this point. Before changing anything else, you draw your new body's testicular sac within for later protection while still positioning its contents for ample growth allowance. Your presence alone is enough to ensure this body will prove human scientists' claims of sterility false even after you move on. Soon you begin the trickier modifications.

Unlike some of your kin and superiors, you have developed a tendency to orchestrate plans toward the long term. While still just as ambitious, spontaneous and forceful as they are when you start something, you quickly conceive of complex plans and are willing to wait as long as necessary for results. As such, when you last switched hosts, you made certain to not impede or destroy the intended soul of your new home, opening to yourself a plethora of opportunities.

For forcing those two youths into such delicious sin, you can now craft one plague directly related to that sin; what the mortals might call a venereal or sexually-transmitted disease. This time, you have chosen the genital form you have modeled for yourself as your new plague.

Bonding that plague to a New Soul allows for your plague to be one that affects birth traits, which the mortals call genetics. Your plague will be carried through the ages from parent to child, though the extent of the physical changes means that only each child will display new symptoms.

Of course, as things stand, your plague will be a recessive trait and still prove rare enough that it might pass unnoticed, which would fail to cause sufficient chaos to further empower you until a century or more passes. You are left with a choice to make.
