Flee into the basement

Moving as fast as you can, you flee into the basement. Unfortunately, you lose your balance and tumble down the stairs. When you try to stand back up, you feel an incredible pain in your leg. You may have broken it.
You struggle to crawl away, but you don't get very far. The redhead takes her time down the stairs and gets right on top of you. She kicks you over and aims her gun, with that smile returning to her face.
She doesn't see the figure approaching behind her.
A man clad in a military uniform of some kind and a ski mask hits the redhead with his elbow. She tries to raise her gun, but he grabs her wrist and snaps it before she can get a shot off. The pistol falls to the ground. He then gets the redhead in a sleeper hold and breaks her neck.
The man doesn't say a word to you as he disappears into the shadows.
