With each step you take toward Alice you feel weaker and stronger at the same time. You have had a crush on this girl since you were 10 years old. You cant remember ever having a conversation with her, but you cross paths with her almost daily. Some days she smiles at you lightly and you feel optimistic, others days she seems to not notice you at all and you feel gloomy. Some days when she is behind you on the way to lunch you will slow your walk just enough to hold the cafeteria door open, and hear her soft voice say thank you....

You approach the booth where Alice sits.

"Good Morning Max. How are you?" she says, before you can open your mouth.

"Alice! I'm doing great. What about you?" You did it! you spoke to her!

"Things are good I suppose"

sit down "You suppose?"
remain standing "You suppose?"
remain standing "I wanted to tell you something... I've had a crush on you since I was 10 years old"
