D&D: Go south to hunt the poachers

You decide to take care of the poachers. The thrill of the hunt rushes into you as you change shape into that of a large feline, a panther. Your sense are replaced by the primal instinct of the animal and you scour the southern forest until you find some tracks. Human tracks. You feel this is probably it. Five men. You track them like the hunter you are and starts to catch up to their trail.
