"I do have something you might like" he says.
"Oh ?"
"Some officials of waterdeep's political sphere has taken a liking to coming down skullport to bask in some of our... clandestine pleasures." he starts. He pulls out a scroll and show it to you. It's a message from his spies obviously but 4 names are listed on it. You find it interesting because those four are important members of waterdeep's administration.
"That is interesting." you say.
"I thought you might find it so. I have invited them and rented them a room at the Glorious hound. I was going to send some of my own but if you want to deal with them yourself." he says.
You ponder the thought. This could advance your plans. Killing some officials of waterdeep will send a power vacuum that you can use for many purposes. Or you could indulged yourself in some lowly pleasures and bring their favor to Elanviir.
"Allrigh. I'll deal with them." you say.
"I am glad to hear it." he gives you a crested letter and tells you to present it at the inn. It will let you meet your prey.
