Ask Seira to show you around the lagoon

"I'm new here," you tell Seira. "Want to show me around?"
"Sure," she grins.
She swims away, and you follow her. She shows you the caves where the mermaids rest, the area where games are played, the social area, and finally the area where the sexy mermen are on the other side of the lagoon.
"That's pretty much it," Seira says. "And of course, we have visitors at times."
She swims back over towards her own cave.
