May as well start off with some drinks. Lord knows you need to loosen up a little. Self-consciously smoothing your hair, you make your way through the crowd and sit down at the bar, where plenty of ladies have already situated themselves.
Spotting you out of the corner of her eye, the bartender scoots over to you. She looks early thirties, young but not childish. Her hair is blonde with some warm brown highlights that set off her vibrant green eyes. Atop her head is perched a brown cowgirl hat. Combined with her vest and sleeveless shirt, she pulls together into a rebellious but calm woman.
“Hey there,” she says, grinning and folding her arms all business-like. There’s a hint of a southern drawl in her voice, likely disguised on purpose. “What’ll it be?”
