The whole situation you're in doesn't feel comfortable to you... but you're finding it difficult to express your discomfort or to do something about it... and this frustrates you, much like when you woke up...
Soon enough the familiar pain starts to build up inside your head... but it isn't as intense and it feels different this time around. You simply fall onto your hands, and rest your forehead on your palms... "I need to get to that Doctor quick", you think, and gradually the pain starts to subside. You sit back up with a deep sigh. What you see on the road before you leaves both you and your mom speechless.
All the drivers drive their vehicles in a synchronised way that you have a clear path... it's as if they all heard what you thought... but the way they all acted in unison is very strange, even the driver whose truck broke down started moving it just enough to let you through.
You glance back at the man in white suit. He's restless and starts jamming his horn to let him through. He gets out of his car and starts to make his way toward yours. You quickly inform your stunned mother "Mother, we can go now". She gives an intense look at you for what seemed like too long, with many expressions dancing across her face. But she regains her composure and gunned the car before the white suit man reached your car.
As you drive off you look at the whole scene you are leaving behind. The white suit is visibly irritated that he lost you and quickly dials on his cell phone, judging by his expression, he couldn't reach the other end, every other driver looks dazed, and some of them recovers as if from a deep sleep.
"Don't worry son, now we'll reach the University well before time."
