You suspect the men are just using the tide as an excuse to have a night off in a tavern or brothel, so you command to leave port immediately : you can't have a drunken crew at sea, after all. You should have listened to them... When you try to get out of the bay, Midnight finds herself grounded on an unseen sand bank until the morning tide. Good job, captain.
