"Hello." You answer with a tight and nervous smile. After all, socializing with someone of the opposite sex was never a forte of yours to begin with.
"You're the one who's really good at math and science, huh?" The jock asks nonchalantly. Even if it was meant as a compliment, all you hear is the word 'Geek' coming from his mouth.
