You decide to go with Blake's plan, because yours might still be a little risky. Starting on the middle floor where you are, the two of you stay together as you light all of the rooms. You successfully light this floor, and move on to the upstairs. After lighting that floor you pass through the middle floor on your way to the basement, and notice that a room's lights have been turned off.
