You find yourself in a wide lobby. The corridor to the left seemingly leads to various rooms you can visit. The sign indicates 'Doctors', 'Nurses' and 'Podiatrists'.

To your right is a waiting area where there seems to be a baby clinic today. Several young mothers with babies are sitting around; some of them are breast-feeding their little ones.

In the middle there is a large reception desk, behind which a pretty blonde is directing people to their appointments. The place is very busy, with lots of people moving around.

Do you:

• Go and sit with the young mothers
• Go up to the reception desk
