Intro:
Intro includes 3 sides. Intro to the character and pain. Intro to the character and humiliation. Intro to the character and sexual link.

This is a new one to me. Wonder how I can make this into a story.
The act of whipping the sub's feet, usually the sub would be tied up to restrict movement as the torture is being inflicted; part of impact play.
Possibly during binding? An alternative to whipping of the butt or thighs? Still not sure how to work this in.
My eyes opened wide as I felt something hit the bottom of my feet. Instead of a strike to the ass, like I had expected, and longed for, I found the whip across my feet. How did that make me feel? Maybe I will need to try this in real life, see what it feels like, before I can really write about it. Seems like it would be less painful, although would cause more issues, since a thoroughly whipped ass results in you hobbling alot while trying to move, and a desire to not sit down. Would be completely different if it was on your feet, because it would hurt with each step you take.
Okay, after reading up on this more, while it can be painful, it is aimed more at the humiliation aspect, since shoes are one type of social-cultural representations of standing in society. After all, you normally associate barefoot with either the poor, who cannot even afford shoes, or to others that you view as inferior, like the term "barefoot and pregnant", meaning that the woman's only role is to make sure she maintains her man's happiness.
One interesting note:
