You go halfway down the bus and notice- what was her name? Cindy? Sandy? Anyway, she's sitting in the aisle seat furiously scribbling in a notebook, wearing a plaid skirt with white stockings and a sweater that keeps people from gauging her cup size.
"Uh... window seat taken?"
She looks up at you and pushes her glasses back, then smiles. You always thought she looked a bit like the Willow chick on those Buffy reruns.
"Oh, hi Troy. No. Please. Take it."
She pulls her feet back as you slide past, and you narrowly avoid smacking her with your backpack. You sit down as the bus starts pulling away from the curb. Cindy (possibly Sandy) resumes her scribbling, muttering something about the 'reproductive process'.
