As you approach the stumbling man leaving the ally way, the first think that hits you is his stench, wreaking of cheap booze. Immediately after he falls on you almost knocking you over. Its clear that it wasn't his intention , evident by him passed out in front of you. You clearly aren't going to get anything out of him.

(Status: The Player hit by the drunk, gets nasty looks from gaurds and other townfolk based on smell)
