Mad Science/Time Machine (Pete) 6
From Create Your Own Story
"That sounds pretty dangerous, Emily. I don't think I want to try it."
"I didn't mean we should try it on ourselves! At least, not at first. We'd have to do tests first. I was thinking of making another Fluffy so we could try it on anthropomorphic rabbits first. Geez, I'm not that stupid."
"But how would that help my project, then?"
"I could help you with the neural connection. I'm good at that stuff, though we might have to bring in Trevor to do some of the electronics work. That's where he specializes."
"Why haven't you got Trevor involved in your project?"
Her voice drops to a conspiratorial whisper. "To be honest, I don't think Trevor's that bright. He spends his time staring at my breasts. I wish he'd study my brain that hard."
"Let me get a saw and I'll study your brain." If her breasts were anything to go by, she'd have a really pretty brain.
She laughed. "So will you help me? Pleeeease!"
"I'll help. Just don't expect to hook me up to it as a test."
"Thanks! You're the best!" She hugs you. Since you're sitting down, that gives you a really close look at the aforementioned breasts. Then she runs off to present her idea to the teacher.
It doesn't take too long to get your proposal together. It'll be a vehicle, so you can use it to travel around as well as through time, and it'll use a mental control system because that way you can take advantage of the work you'll be doing with Emily.
When you're done you take the plans to Allison for her blessing.
"A time machine? That's pretty ambitious! Are you sure you can pull it off?"
"I think so. It may take more than one semester, but I'm collaborating with a classmate."
"Good Luck! Make your Home Room proud!" She initials the plans.
Just as you leave Allison, Trevor comes up.
"You got your plan? Great! What are you making? Need any help?"
"A time machine. I'll need all the help I can get to have it done on time. Thanks for volunteering. Emily's helping too."
"That's good, she's a whiz. But whatever you do, don't get involved in that mind linking project of hers. Whoever helps her with that is likely to get their brain turned to oatmeal. I wonder if she's found a sucker yet."
- Yeah ... me. (edge)
- Don't know. (edge)
