Seducing a faithful married mother is not a project that you can do on the first day. Something like that takes a fortnight... Possibly longer than that. So here is a summary of what you were up to the first couple of weeks.

Jessica started smoking again as soon as she started working again. Every day for the past two weeks: When she would go out for a cigarette, you would join her for a smoke, and have and some light conversation.

One day it was raining, and you gave her your umbrella. She gave you a hug as a thank you.

At first she called you boss, you now have her using Jack instead. Yesterday you took her out for lunch for the first time.

And now we are caught back up to today. It is late, and everyone but a handful of people have gone home. You stroll over to Jessica's desk, and place one hand on her shoulder as she is sitting. "I would like to talk with you in my office. I will be waiting for you."

"Sure thing, Jack" She says.
