You lie still, eating and drinking as needed, and spending as much time asleep as possible. Time seems to pass faster when you sleep.

At the close of the second day, you again present yourself at the door to the monastery. Brother Mordred smiles at you. "You do not have the plague," he says. "You may enter."

You are given a small room as your private quarters. You may spend the days in the main hall, mixing with the monks and other peasants who have been saved.

One of the other peasants is a handsome young man, Arthur. You wonder if you can convince him to return to your room with you one of these nights...
