The object beckons you to pick it up. So, you pick it up.

You briefly wonder if Altoids are from China but then figure out everything nowadays is. The more pressing question, you remind yourself sternly, is how a tin can ended up in your insides.
With trembling hands you pry the tin can open. It's a little bit challenging. Your vomit feels extremely oily and you can't even remember what you had to eat the last time.
