You wait for the ambulance to arrive.
It takes them eight minutes to arrive and almost as long to look you over. They determine that you appear to be fine and were given medical aid quickly enough to prevent any long term damage. They offer to give you a ride to the hospital for some extra tests just to be on the safe side.
