You dodge inside a hospital. You see 20 medical personnel hiding in the hobby with crude weapons. You also see they have one with a bite nursing it in the corner.Their makeshift leader approaches you and points a finger in your face, screaming, "YOU KILLED US ALL! THEY KNOW WE'RE HERE NOW!" He swings at your face with his fist. Do you:
