Your fist bruises Mia's face, leaving a purple welt.
'Why?' She asks sadly. 'Why are you doing this?'
The answer is so obvious, you wonder whether you even understood the question. 'Because I like it,' you finish.
Mia turns away, and crouches down against a wall, beginning to cry. She raises her hands in defense above her head, and begins to cry. But no one can hear her. Every room is soundproofed. What do you do?
