You hold on to life, clinging to the last shred. I like your will, and I will give you a second chance. You wake up in a cabin. You live there with your new wife, a woman who saved you, or your new husband, a man who saved you. You die peacefully. (BTW it is in the rockies, so no zombies nearby.
