You feign a slight pain "not really bad, but it is sore" you say, faking a slight wince of pain.
" Can I help make it better?" She says with a hopeful sincerity that she can.
"Well it requires me to take off my pants I'd be naked the waist down, are you sure?" You say faking a pittiful sigh.
She responds
Oh I'm not sure (she's shy, maybe she just needs some encouragement)
yes, if it will help you get better (she is eager to help you)
