Simply click on the name of an item to use it, if you accidently click on an item with low ammo, don't worry, if you are not in battle, you will simply go to a page with no options that reads "No use right now, it would waste ammo", as to press back to navigate to your previous page. If you are in battle, you will be asked to confirm that you would like to use it.
