You take the left door.

It leads to a hall with a few closed doors along it. One set of doors, though, is open. You peek through. It's a library. A few books are pulled out on the tables. You walk over and take a look at them. They have such titles as, Biophysics and You: Accomplishing the Unattainable, Reanimation 101, and Jekyll's Guide to Chemical Transformations. You're a bit uncomfortable with that, and you hope they're not serious works. You leaf through the books. They're full of technical jargon, and seem to be seriously written. You don't understand them well at all. Closing them, you look at some of the other titles in the library. Some of the other books are just as strange, but you see some you recognize as well. One catches your eye. You pull down Frankenstein. You've never read it, but you're starting to wish you had. You page through it, and see notes scribbled in the margins. Someone's actually been critiquing Frankenstein's technique.

You think back to the man who dressed your headwound last night. Who is he really? What is he doing here? And do you want to get mixed up in it?
