You reach down and wrestle with the net, quickly trying to get it open. The top part won't come loose, but within a few seconds, du to your struggles and Natalie's weight, the bottom part rips open and Natalie falls into the water with a gasp. The current is faster than you expected, and she quickly begins being carried downstream.
You are supposed to be teammates...
