We were all new at one time. Teejay already fixed it twice before I messaged you. If you want to reply to someone, click on their link, then the discussion page. Edit that page to add your message and they will be notified that they have a new message. I'm just another user, expect much harsher admonishment if Platypus catches something wrong. He's the one with the power, and he doesn't seem to be afraid to use it. I suggest that you go slow and make sure everything is right with each page/change you make until you get the hang of things. --Elerneron 11:15, 1 January 2015 (UTC) | We were all new at one time. + | Also, the second to last button above the edit window is a signature. You probably want to use that to add a link and timestamp to your messages so people know who the message is from. Alternately, you can type out the shortcut yourself by typing two dashes (-) followed by four tildes (~) but who wants to go to all that trouble? --Elerneron 11:23, 1 January 2015 (UTC) | ||

- | + | There is nowhere that I am aware of to specifically ask for help on a story. Many writers put requests for help, or information about contributing to a story on the first page. I assume you wish to keep a tight control of the story since you made it Private. If this is not the case you can always make the story Public and list some guidelines on what can and cannot be added to the story. I'd offer to help, but 1) I am unfamiliar with the Walking Dead Game, and 2) I'm too busy for even my own stories. You could always find passages that you like in other stories and message the author of the passage to see if they are interested in helping. Hope that helps. --Elerneron 07:20, 2 January 2015 (UTC) |

If this is not the case you can always make the story Public and list some guidelines on what can and cannot be added to the story.
