Eventually you come across a group of vagabonds who, like you, have taken up residence in the sewers in order to avoid the authorities of civilization. Staying to the shadows, you are able to observe their day to day life and their comings and goings. You could start feeding on them easily, picking them off one by one and finally satisfy your incessant urge for brains, at least temporarily. You decide that staying in the sewers is the safest way to avoid detection. You wander underground for what feels like weeks, avoiding repair crews and feeding on garbage and rats, though it does little to sate your near-uncontrollable hunger which you know only brains could truly satisfy.
