That Guy Over There is the Main Administartor of the CrazySweater Forums. He came up with the idea of Rock Band- whatever the hell we call it. He does not particularly like Sprite Comics despite him being the best character in the ones he is in.

As manager of the CrazySweater Hotel, That Guy has total power over the completed portions of Dyson Cyst. He is mostly seen watching television awesomely on the couch. His last known action was fishing King SweaterHead out of the elevator shaft by the eye and rushing him across the building to find him medical attention. Awesome.
Happy Tofu
Going by the alias of Drago11, he manages That Guy Over There's Package Delivery and uses his Multiversal Singularity powers to travel into alternate universes. He accepts any type of payment so long as he actually wants it. Due to the limitations of Singularity powers his most sought after pay was a Kanohi Kualsi with a scope on it, allowing to travel anywhere in Kibbles Univerce. You can waste several hours reading news online, however, that is better to look for the technical writing service! Because it will support you with academic papers writing! No one else can support you much better. When he closes shop, he goes back to Dyson Cyst.
Pawns of the King
He made a cameo in a scene that parodied CrazySweater. After the storyline(s) revolving around King SweaterHead, Beca530, Avery, The Silver Guy, and Alex were completed he would become the focus for awhile.
Original Concepts Thrown Out the Window
After the univerce has ended, That Guy somehow continues to exist somehow and under the employ of King SweaterHead works under the equivalent status to manager in this new universe.
