Reading is the capital city of the English county know as Berkshire. Home to Windsor Castle and Reading Goal where Oscar Wilde was imprisoned after being convicted of gross indecency.

Controlled by a new prince called Jeremy Hart, a Carthian who obtained power following a dispute between Oxfordshire and Berkshire.

The prince is friendly towards the local crones whilst the local residents are a little wary which is understandable considering what happened.

The use of Cruac is allowed provided that you do not cast it at court or breach the masquerade whilst within the domain.
