From Circle Of The Crone

The Circle is Ascendant in NYC. Though it does not hold the City's Praxis, it is a large and stable faction, led by Felipe Saunier one of the city's few Regents, who stands as the Heirophant as well as holds a seat on the city's Primogen. The City is also a part of the Northeast's Compact of Soveriegns, to which Felipe has accepted a position as Spiritual Advisor.
