When you wake up, you notice you're submerged in warm water, being lathered gently by several girls by your side. As soon as you come to your senses, you yelp and sink further into the tub, trying to cover yourself up. You are used to being washed by your own attendants, but those girls are strangers to you, and you feel the humiliation creep in on you.
Noticing your discomfort, one of the girls tells the others, "You can go now. I'll take it from here!"
She is gorgeous, with deep-set eyes and dark hair gathered into a work-appropriate bun. She introduces herself as Leila, a senior maid, and manages to put you at ease with her humor and jovial nature. Despite your trauma and timid personality, Leila manages to draw a miracle from you: laughter, deep and warm. It distracts you for long enough that she finishes attending to you without issue, and invites you to take your pick from a selection of luxurious dresses to get dressed.
"You'll have to forgive us. We don't normally do this to a sleeping person, but we couldn't bear to see you in that state. You looked so uncomfortable."
You nod, not saying anything.
"His highness has sent word to your parents that you're here, and you're safe. Until we get a reply, don't worry about a thing. You will have your every need met. In fact... you could just stay here, if you wanted to." She looks at you with a grin and a conspiratorial wink. "I have good reason to believe his highness fancies you."
Tell her you're grateful, but don't see the prince that way
