Use an arrow

Your arrow soars and lands in the side of the target's skull. You run up to it, take the dagger, retrieve your arrow and discover a sack of... you don't know what. You take it, just in case.
You turn around, and discover a skûltan. He has an axe. It yells for help. Due to it's surprise attack, you cannot flee or use a bow and must use your melee weapons.
You do throw the dagger, though, and hit the skûltan in the shoulder bone. It lunges at you.
You do your best, and knock him to the ground, revealing it's spleen. Do you:
