As Lili, you are a little freaked out but manage to keep your calm. You have to act fast if you want to get through this. The runes are fairly obvious, you need to either take a girl as a lover or take a girl as your slave. And running for the cage definantly was an option at this point.
Deciding to react before everyone else, you look around you. Jennifer would be an easy option, she is distracted by the water and almost against the wall easy to pin. Orihime is close too, almost huddled against you looking frightened of the situation. She might be easiest to take advantage of. At the same time, Mai is standing in the middle of the room. You don't think you can take her as a slave but she would definantly be an asset to get through the temple with. Sticking with her might be your best option. Then again, she might overpower you. You frown at that idea.
