Dr. Harm peers in through the barred window to your cell.

She walks off. You don't even have any pants! You're stuck in this room with your arms restrained and nothing below the waist but the bandages wrapped around your wounded dick.
You glance at the bed. The blankets are piled in a heap at the center of the bed and it will be a challenge to arrange them properly without the use of your hands.
