You begin doing your usual Saturday yard work out by the pool. After about two hours the sun is high in the sky and you're soaked with sweat. You decide it's probably a good time to take your shirt off. You do exactly that, exposing a large muscular upper body with defined arms, a flat stomach, and a barrel chest. As you continue your work, you notice the rest of the family coming outside to enjoy the pool.
