Scream for someone to save you from the bouncer

You scream and holler until the bouncer stuffs something into your mouth. He does it with one hand, maintaining his iron grip on your ankle with the other. You're not certain what he stuffed your mouth with. It tastes like a crusty old sock.
You hope it isn't his. You try to spit it out, but it's in pretty good. Lucky thing you have your hands free.
"If I let go, will you get the hell out of here?" the bouncer asks.
You raise your hands to remove the sock from your mouth. The bouncer gives your ankle a painful squeeze.
"Just nod," he says.
