You give in to the peer pressure and walk to the middle of the crowd under loud cheering, wich causes alot of the villagers to rush over and see what's going on. Then you show them the skills your mother taught you besides swinging a blade as you gracefully execute an intricate exotic dance to the sound of some improvised music (swords bashing on shields and feet stomping the ground accompanied by not-too-musical voices).
Despite the music not being too suitable, you manage to pull all the attention with your graceful and swift movement, sometimes making a leap in the air or turning in ways that make people gasp. The improvised music soon stops as everyone looks at you in amazement. The guards who were with you a year ago standing there with a huge grin.
As you finish, half the village surrounds you and the other half can hear the applause far and wide. You smile, satisfied at the effect of your performance. The innkeeper gives you all a free round of beers and soon there's a huge party going on. You eagerly join the fray and the rest of the night goes by in a blur.
