SM:Donut Shop - Chocolate Donut

"The chocolate one," you say while pointing at it.
The woman nods and grabs a napkin, using that to take the donut out of the box and hand it to you. You greedily snatch it from her hand and start gobbling it up.
"Chocolate is my favourite too," she remarks about your appetite, and you realize that since this is probably the last thing you'll be eating for awhile maybe it is best if you slow down and savour the flavour. You cease taking huge bites and instead take to tearing off smaller pieces and eating it slowly, savouring each and every bite.
Your stomach groans in response to the food, and the woman stifles a laugh: "Wow, you weren't kidding when you said you were hungry."
"Just don't end up like fatty over there," the man coldly remarks, "Looks like he is having a bit of trouble."
You finish up the donut and lick the chocolate that rubbed off on your fingers when you hear a coughing and choking noise start up behind you.
You whirl around and find that the fat man, who hadn't ceased stuffing his mouth with donuts, is unsurprisingly now choking on them.
A quick glance around the shop and you're certain that if anyone is going to save him, it is going to have to be you.
The man with the newspaper is casually ignoring him while the couple stare at him in stunned silence, either because they don't know what to do, or don't want to. Even the workers behind the counter who should have first aid training just stand there and stare.
