You walk over to the man sitting on the church steps to see why he is upset. As you get within 10 feet of him you get a bad feeling about this whole situation. There is certainly something wrong here and it may not be just what you think it is.
You glance toward the church and see the door is slightly ajar. Through the crack in the door you can see a hand laying on the floor nearby, though nothing else.
