The Great Plains, an area torn to shreds during the 30s by drought and storms. Your cousin Franklin called for it to be revitalized, and it has been. The trees and foreign sod placed there have made the land fertile once again. Now it's time you returned there. You reinstate the Homestead Acts, and people flock to the empty land in the west. The good weather of the late nineteenth century has returned and the Plains are in perfect condition for the wheat, corn, soy, etc. that is being planted there now. The staple crops of your nation are ripe for harvest by fall, and by that point ten new nuclear plants have risen. Appliances necessary for comfortable living have been allowed to come back on. Military Police will still not allow the use of recreational electronic devices such as radios.
In other news, your international relations, due to your nation's youth, are nonexistent. You must establish some sort of trade or diplomacy with other nations.
